Shands HealthCare, in accordance with its licensing agreement with Philips Inc., does not provide the Philips iSite Enterprise System for diagnostic purposes. No warranty is made regarding the diagnostic quality of the images. Clinical impressions should be verified with the final diagnostic interpretation.




  • If you cannot find a specific study, please contact the Film Library 265-0107.
  • For any other iSite application issues, please call the help desk at 265-0526.

Can't access Philips iSite?

  • If you are accessing from a UF PC, please contact UF tech support or your LAN Administrator group.
  • If you are accessing from a Shands PC, please open up a ticket via the Self-Service help desk located in ShandsConnect, or if it is truly a workstoppage problem, please call the help desk at 50526. Please report the issue as a 'iSite issue' to help them route to the appropriate group.
  • If you are a home user, please call Philips support at 877-328-2808.
